Three Year Intro Post?
Following waxrose's footsteps. Because I've been on a friending spree in Arashi fandom and I highly doubt anyone really knows who I am.
And for those who've known me for years and want to know what the fuck is she fangirling now?!
Basic Info
In the real world, I go by Erin. In fandom, it's been Rinny or Rin. At work they call me Enron...and no, not because I was caught stealing anything, but because the Doctor couldn't remember my name when I started. And it stuck. FYI, the doc is awesomesauce and reminds me of Ohno.
I'm 26, lesbian, single, working full time and back in school part time and hopefully soon full time. I work in healthcare and have for many years. I'm not shy about sharing my expertise, so if you have questions about that pesky cold, I'm your girl.
My younger sister is the only one who reads this LJ and I otherwise hide my unnatural obsessions with fandom things from the rest of the world. Except, I made my whole family watch Letters from Iwo Jima and my roommate and I have watched Hana Yori Dango multiple times each.
Fandoms
Major-Exs (aka, lasting years): Dawson's Creek (yes, okay, I loved Joey Potter before Katie Holmes went insane and Joshua Jackson still makes my heart skip a beat just by the sound of his voice) and Firefly. If you have never heard of Firefly, you need to watch it. There are just 13 episodes and a movie. It'll steal your heart. The fact it ended before it's time still makes me hurt.
Minor-Exs and Still Could Be's: Chuck, BSG, Veronica Mars, The Office, and just about any JDrama.
