Often more, and it didn't matter whether they'd spent the last twenty hours straight together, Nino still sent the texts. Even if from just across the room.
Sometimes they were filled with whatever strange emoticons Aiba had taught him to make. Sometimes they were potential Ni no Arashi's that he knew he'd never do, but which would make Ohno smile.
Somtimes he wanted to know where Ohno was and what he was doing. Sometimes he wanted Ohno to know where he was and what he was doing.
Sometimes they were quick, "Do your best, Oh-chan!"s. And sometimes they were hurriedly typed, "Miss U"s with frowny faces.
Sometimes they were random thoughts on the cowlick at the back of Sho's head or whether or not Ohno thought Jun slept in his rings.
Nino sent no less than five texts a day and Ohno sent back none.
But for every message, Ohno always had an answer.
