Ok, IN THIS I feel sorry for Simon; ain't too many fics that can make me do that. It may just be that because it's Jayne that's hurt that makes me want to pet Simon and yell at him telling him HE IS GOOD ENOUGH, AND PEOPLE LIKE HIM, damnit and that he needs to fix Jayne. But I love how you gave him back his God-like confidence and yanked it away again.

'Cause a whumped Simon is a very interesting character study. Even if it's only emotionally whumped.
