OMG I LOVE THIS SHOW.
Someone mentioned Daigo was in it and so I ran and downloaded and have been watching all weekend.
I juuuuuuuuust finished episode six which left me SO DELIGHTED THAT I AM TEARING UP. TEARING UP I TELL YOU!
THERE IS GAY IN JAPAN! IN A DRAMA!
And kissing and sex and a slew of other awesome things in this show. But CANON GAY, NONE-THE-LESS!
I LOVE Kei and Airu and Ojiro. Adore beyond measure, in all honesty. And though I love Daigo, especially the little 'wish' shout-out in one of the earlier eps, I'm not exactly head over heels for him. Or the doctor. Or any of the girls besides Airu.
I need fic-recs. Now, people. This fandom is ripe beyond measure for porn.
The thing that REALLY floats my boat about this show though, is the friendship between the original four. THEY HAVE PAJAMA PARTIES IN THE HALL! THEY TAKE CARE OF EACH OTHER!
And the show is so wonderful at creating this multidimensional backgrounds and histories for each of them. Even the partners of which I almost care nothing about. The whole HUGE REVEAL about Kikaru was FREAKING AWESOME. And the fact that he would rather SLEEP with Reiko-chan than reveal it?!
Then, her whole thing with her husband? And being a slut so he doesn't feel even MORE inadequate than his impotenancy already makes him?
