Pipes and Flickr
I was checking my flickr stats when I noticed that in about a day, this photo I took back in March received 300 views (which is a lot for me, heh). And then I noticed 100% of the referrals came through something called Pipes.
Having never heard of Pipes, I googled away and found out that it's a Yahoo tool that can pull together various sources of information into one spot. My photo had been picked up by a pipe made by a news station. So now 300+ random people have been exposed to two chickens and, hopefully, the sanctuary. That's neat.
