Oh boy, more problems...

My sims won't go to work. I gave Gilbert Jacquet a job in medical at first. He got into his carpool and the car drove off, but soon Gil just respawned on the lot and went off to do something autonomously. I got him a job in entertainment and had him walk to work. Same deal, he'd walk off, but respawn.

Lisa Ramirez does the exact same thing. I'm sure Checo and Tessa will too when their carpools and bus arrive respectively. Any ideas what might be going on? Please help!
