phew!

So thus ends my second week back at work and I'm once more back to working late on thursday and friday helping Col teach the Tai Chi classes. It's not too bad but it's a bit manic leading up to those classes as I have to come home pick up Bean, give her a bath, feed her, get her ready for bed and then head back into town in time for the classes. Makes a bit of a break from the office but damn it's a lot of running around!!

The marathon training so far....well it consists of a get fit club once a week on a wednesday but I have plans that will soon (when I get paid) get put into action!!!! For example I'm going to go swimming every friday, invest in a new pair of running shoes so I actually have the right ones and go running around town. Look into how much Greens costs and maybe invest in a gym. I have also started training for Wing Chun again so all that stuff's only goig to add to my integral fitness....right? But as I said in the last entry I HATE interval training!!! I actually thought I was going to have to go throught the ultimate embarresment and throw up and pass out at the same time!!!!! God damn this marathon's going to be painful!!!
