(no subject)

The hubby's birthday is today.

Issue for today: One of the SM players broke a girls wrist recently. I didn't know if he was aware of it and I felt it unfair that people would discuss this and not talk to him about it. I messaged him. First response was "I don't know what a (players name) is" I accepted that response as odd but maybe it was meant to be funny. (Though the subject not so funny to me. This is a SM player I was contacting.) I replied back (along with other items in the message being discussed) that (players name) was a young lady that wasn't playing last Saturday. But saw the injury to (different players name)'s wrist and said the same SM player had broken hers on a previous park day.

He again replied back callously calling her a "what" not a who. Now, if it had been my injury, I would expect a callous reply or a "wish it were worse" message, but (players name) is an pretty, sweet early 20's girl. WTF? I know, I know, its not his fault, it was the reeves fault. He needed to be controlled and the reeve failed **eyeroll** He has no responsibility because she signed a waiver. **headbang** She should have blocked the shot, so she deserves to be injured. **Lurch noise** BUT, what kind of man injures a young woman and doesn't seek to at least appologize? What kind of human being injures **anyone** and keeps calling them a "what" repeatedly?

It's sad. I've thought about it... You're right (player that injures people without remorse) I **DON'T** like you anymore. I like your wit, I even like your singing, but I don't like you anymore. You are off the island.

edited to clarify sentence.
