Somewhat of an oddball question for my flist, but--
If anyone reading this has ever visited Colorado, could you give me an idea of any first impressions you might have formed? What leaped out at you? Did the altitude/thin air give you any problems? Mountains--impressed or meh? Did you have preconceptions that turned out to be false? Did anything surprise you? Were any place names puzzling to pronounce?
OK, that's more than one question, but you get the idea.
