no babble!

So a lot has been going on, mostly health-related bullshit. You all may remember that I was on disability for some time with the whole randomly passing out thing, which never was properly diagnosed but just mysteriously got better, though it still happens every few days or so. Fortunately, at Sitel you'd have to pretty much have advanced ( Read more... )

Now, two of these events, happening to you probably are indicative of neural unpleasantness, but happening to me are a matter of course-- daily living. I'm logged out or in "aftercall", waiting for a call like a chump all the time. "Why is it so slow??" Ohhh... That's why.
I'll smoke down the last cigarette without noticing, especially while on the computer. Reach down, and finger the pack: wtf?? All gone?? Past-self, You are an asshole!

I have to say, I space out like that a lot too. I'm always asking Francis if he's done something that he was going to do, and he's like "yeah, you were right there." I also do other stupid shit like pour a bag of frozen veggies into the trashcan instead of into the pan... But yeah, the incidents of not understanding language definitely sound like a brain thing--whatever happened with the EEG awhile ago? Glad you found a job that is working out well!

Thanks :) The last eeg was "abnormal" according to the doctor, but when I went to see him he said a certain percentage of the pop can have abnormal eegs without it meaning anything in particular. He said he just thought I was fainting and sent me home. I wasn't happy with the visit and felt pretty dismissed, but really I didn't think the passing out was related to neurologic function.

As far as spacing out, I know it can happen, lol. But for me it's extremely unusual and started happening so suddenly that I'm worried about it. My memory has always been the best of anyone I've ever known, so this is just weird. Anyway, we'll get it figured out.
