I think I only have one essay left for my CommonApp and its supplements after this one. But help?

Being accepted to the yearbook staff my freshman year was everything to me. I knew it meant learning untold troves of things not taught in regular classes. I have learned about teamwork and staff motivation from three different sets of Executive Editors. Their paths from disagreement to decision showed me how to collaborate with someone whose vision differs from your own and whose motivation and drive is just as strong. I learned to accept compromises, because no matter how important you think your idea is, it isn’t as important as the book as a whole. Everything I learned prepared me for being the Executive Editor myself. The position means more to me than being responsible for a staff; it also means being responsible for an official publication that represents more than 6000 students and staff members.
