I never could dance.

The few occasions that I did dance on, were always under special circumstances. To put it simply, I simply had no talent. It just didn't come naturally to me, and the fear of looking ridiculous was ..... overpowering. Plus there were the easy cliches to resort to, like "Tough guys don't dance", or the self-improvised "It is

Falling: I wish I could go back for more, so I could figure out how to _stop_. But if nothing else I learned how to fall, takes a little something initially to do that willfully :) I stopped when I landed on my head :D And maybe next time I'll try skiing instead.

The funny thing is, one of my friends who was snowboarding during the same trip said that it was very easy to stop using your body, and that gave him a lot of confidence when he had just started.

While finding that someone is very important, and perhaps even the most important thing in the long run, nothing can take priority over finishing the Ph.D well this year. Vaise bhi - isn't love known to often find you while you aren't looking :-) ?
