This is a Friends Only Journal. I don't usually add people unless I know who they are; that means I know you already from from Real Life, a message board or comm, etc. If for some reason you would like to add me, go ahead. If you want me to add you back, you need to comment and introduce yourself, let me know where you found me, etc.; most of the time I won't add you back unless you do so.
Also, I don't know why any of you would ever be interested enough/angry enough/whatever to do it, but if for any reason my Friends Only posts ever end up posted outside of my journal without my prior knowledge and consent, I can in fact figure out which of the people who have access to it have posted the information.
