I don't know what I hate more: my sleep pattern (or lack of one), my mind for being unable to stop thinking about things, or myself for having the issue. Probably some mixture of the three. Anyway, last night I tried going to bed fairly early (and by that I mean one a.m) and ended up laying in bed for an hour. Gave up on going to sleep, so I went on my computer for an hour. So at three, I tried sleeping again, but I knew I was forgetting something, but I couldn't focus enough to figure it out (when trying to sleep, my thoughts jump around so much I can hardly focus on anything). But finally, at four in the morning, I remembered: I forgot to turn the ringer on my bedroom phone off so it wouldn't wake me up. After doing that, went to bed ten minutes later to sleep for three hours.

So here's hoping that doesn't happen again tonight.
