I Hate People
I hate people.
I know, I've said it before, but I am saying it again. This job as manager is really my thing, and I love most of the things I do everyday, but then there's the people factor. Why is it that some people feel that it is OK to abuse other people? I mean, I realize this is a little simplistic and naive, but can't we all just fucking get along? Being mean to your co-worker isn't going to make your job any easier. Focusing on people's shortcomings rather than helping them to improve doesn't do you any good. If people are being purposefully stupid or slow, then by all means ridicule them, but if someone really is putting forth their best effort then why tear them down? Why not help that person and then get them out of your way?! Or, I suppose, you can treat people like shit then wonder why your working environment sucks!
