Creative Inquiry, Thermoelectricity, Upcoming Birthdays, Awesome Televisions

So I'm doing this 'Creative Inquiry' project... which is basically undergraduate research that you don't get paid for. It's for physics, and it's more engineering-based project concentrating on thermoelectricity. It relates to my major (Polymer & Fiber Chemistry) pretty well, because materials research deals with a whole bunch of physical, chemical, and biological elements.

That being said, so far I'm enjoying Physics 221 far better than 122 -- the subject matter in 122 just seemed like a rehash of my high school physics class.

I've had two days of organic chem so far -- a majority has been general chemistry review, so therefore not particularly interesting. Calculus has been pretty basic so far also. But it has only been the first week of classes, so that really isn't a surprise.

The RA job is a lot fun, I personally think my residents are awesome :). There has been some issues -- well, one in particular -- that would certainly fall under the 'unfavorable' part of the job. But overall, definitely fun. I'm thinking of just staying in Manning next year too, instead of trying to get a transfer into McCabe or other upperclassmen housing.

Not much to talk about, other than I finally saved up enough money to get my television. Twenty-six inches. Widescreen. LCD. Pretty sweet to have in a dorm room :3

And my birthday is September 16!!! Which is on a saturday, which means hopefully certain people can come up to Clemson and hang out <3.
