Stealing Pooklet's Textures: Recolors of Flinn's Victoria Mesh
Once upon a time, Flinn on TSR made a pretty babydoll dress with knee-high lace-up boots. Then, Pooklet put the dress on a mesh with sexyfeet and recolored it 80 million times (or so).
However, I liked the boots! They seemed to go with the cut of the mesh, even though I don't even like that sort of boot in real life. I also don't use photoshop and have never been able to avail myself of Poolet's color actions. I was faced with colors I wanted on a slightly different mesh, and the only cure was more cowbell! copypasta!
The only effort I exerted in reality was making the boots black. Otherwise, it's all everybody else's work. I didn't do EVERY SINGLE recolor that Pooklet offered. (Just her set of colors and Aelia's. XD)

Pooklet used her shiny new colors on this set! This is one of my new favorite colors, HMX, modeled by Hera Randolph.
And my other favorite new color, Torpedo, modeled by SIM ME. I humbly request that everything in the world be recolored in HMX and Torpedo.
Artemis Randolph seems a little less than thrilled to be in a subdued feminine dress in a very subdued color, Aelia's Lemon Yellow.
This is Orma Secret, part of my pixel_trade Secret Santa gift by upendoaushi, who will hopefully walk by on my next Randolph update so I can share her and the other sim I got with the world. (She's wearing Aelia's Dark Purple.)

Onto the files. They are named explicitly, with both whose color swatch it is and the name of the color. The mesh by Flinn is included. Everything is compressorized. I included the swatchy images in the archives.

The set comes in three flavors.
1) Your standard, completely custom everyday outfits, available for Adults and Young Adults. Download
2) The same set available for Adults and Young Adults, Townified so that it will show up on townies and randomly on age-up. Download
3) Finally, the set as it made it into MY game. Townified, available for Adults/Young Adults/ELDERS. Download
See, I did the SimPEEing and the Wardrobe Wrangling for you! I hope that makes up for the lack of real effort that I expended "creating" this set.

SPECIAL ADDENDUM: Pooklet is awesome and made a preggo morph version of the original mesh available here. If you have the original, just search for Flinn_afshortdresswithboots_Mesh.package and delete it first. I will hopefully update my archives soonish.
I tested mesh and it went splodey. I will leave the archives with the original mesh for now. ^_^
