Dihybrid crosses are fun to freak out students with, and kinda fun to work out...but are probably largely unnecessary. Unless two traits are linked, there usually isn't a reason to cross them at the same time. (I don't think tasters and tongue-rolling is that closely related, despite both having to do with your tongue.)
Don't get overly excited, screenshotting SimPE is so tedious as I'm writing the rest, so it may be a little while. :P
I hope the graphics print out decently. I was picking the right size for web resolution, not thinking about a good print size.

Ah that's awesome! And see i can't roll my tongue so i guess that makes me all special and recessive lol.
And i read the rest of it and now i know how to do the probability and such for hair/eye color cause my book didn't cover there being more than two traits (I have no idea why) (well actually it was probably because human genetics are, as you said, far more complex that sim genetics) so i was just assuming how it worked, though i was right so yay me (:
