New Year's Hair Dump!
I apologize for being absent, I know I have an update long overdue and all that jazz. Hope everyone's holidays were good. Mine weren't too bad, all things considered. Seemed like it took forever for me to get everything done.
Guess what, our high temperature here on Monday was -12F or something? Jesus Christ. Ironically, I missed work on Sunday because I was snowed in and the plow didn't come by til about 3:30 in the afternoon, but I went to work on Monday and drove on pure ice to and fro. WEEE.
Anyway, I've got some hairs for you guys. Good news, the vast majority of these are all ages. :D
First up, Newsea Lady's Diary. This uses an all ages mesh that I need to credit to both Kotangens and Emilia. The four natural Pooklet families, grays attached to the brown files, mesh included, and everything is compressorized!

Next up, a hair I downloaded off of Simscave which probably has a more descriptive name. Unfortunately, all I've got is the mesh name. This is the outlier, it's only good for YA - Elder. Four natural families. Family one has a Tetryl headband, two is Firework, three is Fluorophore, and four is Cannonball.

I love the name of this hair, because it reminds me of the Lady Gaga song! Shape wise, though, it seems like a much sleeker movie!Beatrix Lestrange hair. This uses the all ages mesh by Martini. Four natural Pooklet families.

Here's the hair that spurred on me doing some more retextures! As I put it on tumblr, "KinkyCurly? Challenge accepted.." I blended Nouk's original textures with the kinky/puffy base volatile texture I made with Tenshii Akari's textures to get...this.
This hair is for all ages, comes in the four natural Pooklet families, plus a few unnaturals: Shockwave, Blasting Agent, Atomic, Nuclear, and Hazardous. Finally, I think I might have a new Hermione Granger hair.

So, Mel converted this hair from a TS3 EP awhile ago. I'm probably not the first person to Pooklet it. I used the base textures because they were nice. However, it's done in the four natural families, binned the way I like it...plus I made a slaved version.
In case you haven't seen any of my hairs with this option before: the regular version has independent files for the female and male genders--use this if you only plan on keeping one gender, or you share a lot of sims with hairs put on them. The slaved version only uses one set of textures (in this case, female because F comes first), and the other gender's files texture reference the first. It's especially handy with this hair, since I couldn't reduce the size of the textures because of the details the belts and such required.
Each file contains both F&M hair files, since the mesh is for both genders. Ages Child - Elder. Comes in the four natural Pooklet families, plus a few unnaturals: Hangfire, Cannonball, HMX, Guncotton, Flammable, C-3.

So, similar deal as above. This is also a TS3 conversion by Mel. The mesh is for both ages, each archive has both ages. One is regular, one is slaved. The textures are much smaller, so you don't save quite as much space as with the Electric Dreads, but when you have as much hair as many of us do, every little bit helps. ;) This hair comes in the four natural Pooklet families and, I believe, is All Ages.

Finally, remember this hair from last year's advent? As seen on the sim I love way too much, Raine Laurince? Well, I finally got around to putting my textures on an all ages mesh, done by Emilia. Same exact textures. Now for toddlers - elders! I'd take this one and delete the old, if I were you. (Don't worry, I also updated the old Advent post for archive hunters.) ALL AGES, four Pooklet natural families.
