Experiment...

Since the Summer Sem started, I've been hanging out at SOM mall a whole lot. So, Ive decided I'm going to start reviewing the food here. This way, I get to help people choose what to eat, and at the same time, I have an excuse to eat everything. Hahahahaha. For now, I'm experimenting to see if I can actually do it. Since not so many people read this blog, I'll try writing here. Hopefully, you guys can tell me if I'm doing justice to the food, or if my review sucks. hahahaha

The Orange Elephant's Pad Thai

Back in February, I tried Pad Thai for the first time. It was at my mom's friend's house, and I really enjoyed it! I loved it so much that I actually brought a tupperware's worth home. Ever since then, I've been looking out for Thai places just because of the Pad Thai!!!

Now, when I started Summer School, I immediately thought about what I would eat for lunch, since I have extremely long breaks (I'm in school from 7:30 - 4:30 -.-). After my first class, I went to SOM mall, and saw that there were a whole bunch of new stalls! I got really excited, and started checking out what kind of food is now being offered at my favorite hangout on campus. That's when I saw Orange Elephant.

Orange Elephant is a stall that specializes in Thai food. Of course, I flipped at the sight of the menu, because they had Pad Thai! I immediately ordered it, and hurried to my table to try it out.

Of course, the first bite was heaven. I loved the fact that there was Pad Thai on campus! I guess I was biased while eating it because I enjoyed it. A lot. My view of it changed when my friend, the Fourth, tried it. he told me that he expected it to be more spicy than it was. That's when I realized that my perfect Pad Thai was not so perfect. That is the only flaw that I found, though. But for 55 pesos, you can't expect perfection :D

Overall, I give Orange Elephant's Pad Thai 4 plates out of 5 :D

WHEE. TELL ME IF THIS IS A STUPID ENTRY OR NOT :D
