2. I prefer to not be mean. All of the world has faults and things I do not like about them... all of the world has things I can like about them. I choose to focus on the positives in people, generally, because I prefer to remain friendly with them, and I'd like them to focus on my positives.

That being said, here's something mean that I think is true. It is my opinion that you have done something terrible to most of the people that you have dated. I am amazed at how well Dan is able to deal with your capricious demands and alternate pushing harshly away and holding lovingly close - the same things that hurt and soured Dave, Mega, and Clint, who were all good people. I am glad that I am not a lover, but a friend - you don't seem to feel like you need to pretend you hate me sometimes so that you can see if I really do like you.

And /that/ being said, I still like you and hanging out with you. I choose to focus on your positives, which certainly exist. Please tell me if you're mad at me for what I said.

7. I have no pockets - I am wearing a skirt without them. That question's answer would have been much more interesting in highschool, as you know. Now, I usually carry my Zune & headphones in my left pocket, my wallet/money and phone in my right, and any change in my back right.

I can't be mad at your for something that is true. I know I did horrible things to each of them. In turn they also did horrible things to me... with perhaps the exception of Mega. They did not do these things because I did things to them. But I have a very poor opinion of them as they undoubtedly have a poor opinion of me.

I'm pretty sure this habit evolved from some serious problems I had and some people in my life who exacerbated them even until very recent years. When I met Dan I had VERY serious trust issues and I was still really confused about what my life was going to turn into.

THAT being said my relationship with Dan did start in this way. And because he was able to deal so well i do not feel like I have to do the same things I have done in the past. My relationship with him is healthier and i treat him better than any past relationship. and so I try very hard to watch when I make "capricious demands and alternate pushing harshly away and holding lovingly close". As time goes on this gets less and less. It is my hope soon even the occasional (every 6 months or so) crazy bit will pass. Dan is an amazing man, and I am so happy I married him.
