Chocolate Pound Cake for Mandy :)

Laurie's Chocolate Pound Cake

1C Soft Butter
3C Sugar
2 3/4 C All Purpose Flour
1C Cocoa
3tsp Baking Powder
1tsp Salt

3  Eggs
1Tbsp Vanilla
1 1/2 C Milk
1/4 C Evaporated Milk

Cream butter
Combine (sift) Dry
Add Flour mixture alternately with milk to creamed butter
Add eggs one at a time
Add evaporated Milk & Vanilla
MIX WELL
Pour into a well greased and floured bundt pan.
Bake at 325F for 1 1/2 hours.

Chocolate Glaze
1square unsweetened chocolate (1oz)
1Tbsp Butter
4Tbsp Water
2C sifted icing sugar

Melt chocolate & Butter, add water
Stir in sugar until smooth.
Add more water if necessary to obtain a pourable glaze.
