Сегодня песня Tu Vuò Fa' L'Americano - Ты хочешь выглядеть американцем. Написал ее неаполитанский музыкант Renato Carosone на слова Nicola Salerno в 1956-м году. Поется она на неаполитанском языке, он отличается от итальянского. У Ренато Карозоне был ансамбль-секстет, исполняли они неаполитанские песни и были немного комики. После войны все американское стало очень модным в Италии и песня высмеивает эту моду.
