Yesterday was rough on my tummy, I spent the majority of the day afraid I was going to have to run to the bathroom to puke. Every other moment was spent listening to my tummy grumble about being hungry even though I was snacking constantly. But here's the kicker...
I take back roads to and from work everyday and yesterday was no exception. Well, I was about half way home when I noticed a poor little old man broken down in the center turn lane cuddling a little dog. I stopped right next to him to wait for a light and something in me told me to ask if he was ok and if he needed a phone. Turned out the sweet old man had forgotten his cell phone at home and, indeed, was stranded without communication. So I pulled over and spent about 20 minutes playing with his dog while he used my cell phopne to call his wife to get the dog & AAA to get his car. When he was all done and assured assistance was coming I got back in my car and went back to my commute home.
For the first time all week I felt GREAT! No tummy rumbling, no nausia, no headache, no discomfort what so ever. It was as if I had felt great all day long...all week long for that matter. AMAZING! I'm going to make sure I find a good deed for today too, maybe I'll be blessed with minimal Blahness today if I can find someone/something "in need" to assist.
