I almost had to talk ugly to Apple today.

I didn't even have my Ipod for 30 days yet and a problem already surfaced.

While I was at school, my Ipod's battery  FAILED temporarily went out (and the battery strength was nowhere near low), and I couldn't turn the dang thing back on. The little apple icon wouldn't appear as I pressed the buttons, either.

I should call apple too, my iPod refuses to sync with iTunes :/

That's strange. My mom's having the same problem with her Shuffle, too.

I hope you're able to get yours fixed, though :(

Apple never gave me problems, how strange...

Be glad. This is actually the second time I've had a problem :( And the first one was never resolved, really.
