Deadliest sniper in U.S. military history is 'shot and killed point-blank by veteran suffering from PTSD' at Texas gun range

I'd heard this guy talk about it when his book first came out. He wasn't exactly a braggart or anything, but...I don't know. It seemed to me
that either he was so detached he was fine with being cheerful about it, or he was just extremely, extremely comfortable with what
he had done in his life.

I'm not knocking it precisely. In war and law enforcement, a sniper is a neccesary asset nowadays. They can and DO save lives. But
it's also an act of cold-blooded murder to perform. It seems...a little wrong, to me, for anyone to be so cavalier about such personal killing.
Someone who has looked 150+ people up-close in the face as they pulled the trigger to end their lives...I didn't feel the sort of dignity from this
guy, that I'd expect someone carrying that around with them to have. But maybe going on a book tour about it should've been my first indicator
there instead.

As such, an incident like this...there's a lot of shootings by crazy people these days, but this almost seems more like an act of karma than madness. =(
