Yup, I'll get started on that refund for you. I'll lodge a claim at the post office end of this week. It should take 1-2 weeks for the thing to rpocess. then I can get your mpney to you. :)

Yup, no worries, if the skirt and cardigan do happen to arrive by the end of this week or next, would you be able to close the dispute if that's the case?

I have just contacted my shipping office, and they said there was a slight error with shipping, so your package had to be resent.

This was done via registered post international, and I will have a tracking number for you by tomorrow.

The package had left australia on the 18th of July and will probably be reaching your within the next week or folowing 3-4 days. Once I give you the tracking number, I would require you to kindly close the despite. :) Thank you very much for your patience and understanding.
