Okay, now that I'm taking a break from my thesis, I will properly do my rant.
I have one main comment...
IT WAS SO STRANGE!!!!!
Starting from when Ed actually managed to get down to the underground city, and found Rose(Roze?). It was so, so odd @__@ And the effects they were using were... not very conducive to the debate between Ed and Lyla (Laila?). I was getting distracted by the roundy, roundy that I wasn't reading the subs anymore.
Then when Ed suddenly got thrown into the gate I was like "O___O IT'S LONDON DURING WWI!" (Yes, I recognized it, thanks to Narnia ~_~). I dunno O_o It all felt so weird, suddenly... It's like Scrapped Princess when it suddenly became Sci-Fi. But it was sad too, because you realize that the energy they got for alchemy came from us @___x
Moment of trying to figure out what happened to each homonculus!
Greed was killed by Ed, with help from Dante.
Lust was killed jointly by Sloth and Wrath.
Sloth was killed by Ed (T___T).
Gluttony was made mindless.
Pride was killed by Roy.
Wrath was brought home by Winry-tachi.
And Envy crossed the gate. (HATE YOU ENVY!!)
Hee hee, when Envy was trying to make Ed stop hitting him, and he used Roy's face, Ed just grinned, "THAT'S THE EASIEST ONE TO HIT!"
And after everything, I had a moment to say, "T_T STOP SACRIFICING YOURSELF FOR THE OTHER!" Because first Al used the Philosopher's Stone (aka himself) to bring back Ed out of the almost deadness (AND gave him back his arm and leg). Then Ed was going to offer his life (body, soul, etc) to get Al back out of the gate.
But how it ultimately ended, was... T____________T WAH *sob sob sob* Ed~~ Al~~ They've become my favorite anime siblings T____T
I'm supposed to rant about the movie too (HEART) but i've realized it's starting to become as long as my FFVII:AC rant O_o Woah. Maybe tomorrow... Especially after I get to watch it again.
