lol. Getto Bakkaasu
Yeah, watching my Getbackers episodes at last. lol lol. As I watch, I really realize it's one of those shows that I watched for the characters more than for the story XP Story? What's that? The art degrades at times too, and I feel like there are some parts with unnecessary chibis. There was also that one point where the flashbacks spliced weirdly. And it gets annoying as you see them explain over and over what Jagan and electric eel are XD XD
But then, you get to see Ginji mention how Ban says "You were the one who told me that the 's' in Getbackers meant that I'm alone!" And that just leaves a satisfied smile on my face.
Gawd, I love them T.T Come forth episodes! I want to see more of this beautiful relationship!
And it has sentimental value, being one of the shows I used to watch in the dorm, with Katerina-chan. Just like Tantei Gakuen Q XP (lol lol lol, I just remembered that they shared THAT aspect, which was a big reason why I loved both) And a lot of other Animax shows.
Anyway, it's also mostly because I never ever got to actually watch the thing from beginning to end, only catching some episodes, and most of the time out of sequence. There are a lot of things I want to understand better, like relationships between characters (*cough cough*) and how things turned out the way they did, such as the transition from their pasts into the present.
Unfortunately, I'm still rather early now, seeing Himiko and Akabane's first appearances... Now to move on to my other loves.
(Actually, that's another reason why I'm watching. I'd never decided before who was my favorite character... ACTUALLY there's someone who is a VERY LIKELY CANDIDATE, if you look at it all properly. It shouldn't be too hard to guess who it is XP I have to see more though, to be sure. I might withdraw the candidacy for that person later.)
Next thing you know, I'll be rewatching Card Captor Sakura next ._.;;
