well first off to update, there is a new additon to apt 1935. a 4 month old white kitten w/ blue eyes named elle. jesse picked her up from the spca on friday and she is full of energy...not always a good thing like when your trying to make a journal entry and she keeps hopping up right on the keys no matter how many times you take her off. her and skoo are getting along better and the other day it was so cute, me and both the pets were all in bed and elle and skoo were sleeping right next to eachother.
saturday i woke up kinda early and i finally got jesse up and we went to lunch and the san antonio zoo. it was fun, except for the part where we were commenting on how many birds there are and then some bird poop happened to skim the side of my leg...immediate trip to the bathroom. we stayed and saw all the really good stuff and spent about 2hrs there. it did get pretty warm there and i think it wore us out. we did play a little game while we were there. trying to predict how many pregnant woman were at the zoo that day. jesse's number came closest so i owed him a movie. we were going to go see harry potter but then decided just to rent a movie and stay at home.
sunday was the 4th of july and rae b's 19th birthday. my mom came over for a while and we shopped for a gift, got some lunch, then came home and watched the best show on the food network, unwrapped. all day was icecream day so i started to develope a craving. instead of doing anything about it i took a nap. i woke up and called b and nix and they came over and we watched from justin to kelly, not because we wanted to watch it b/c we heard such good things about it, instead we just made fun of the entire thing...and trust me there is a lot to make fun of. after the movie we went to amy's icecream and had some MAJOR girl talk. basically it was just grilling alex about her night in killeen and finding out a bit of info about rae as well. we went to walmart to get some hair dye for rae and alex, rae is now more super blonde, and alex's is real dark...both look excellent. we watched some tv and then the girls headed home and me and jesse went to bed.
i'm glad i don't have to work today, i know i'll be hating it in novemeber when i have to go to work the day after thanksgiving instead. silly arc, we should have both off. today me and rae are going to meet alex for lunch around 1 and then i need to go to apple movers to pick up a check for what they owe us for breaking our entertainment center.
