Murder on the Orient Express

Today I started my second book by Agatha Christie. I'm really fascinated! She had a great style to write and I especially love the whole bunch of dialogs in her stories. There are not so much description and the procedures are briefly mentioned. The exactly opposite of e.g. J.R.R. Tolkien. I think I really like the way she wrote and her books.

Yesterday I finished "Peril at End House" (after two days... -___-), it was so thrilling! In the end I was really shocked about the culprit! I don't know why... Why do I always like the bad looking charcters or the evil ones? And why this turnabout all of sudden? As I said: I was sooo shocked!

After I reached my Grandmas home today I immediatly grabbed "Murder on the Orient Express" because I wanted more of the great detective Poirot! Also started reading today and I'm as thrilled as before with the other book. I also found the next book that I will read: A big book full of Sherlock Holmes stories! Actually I just read a few (maybe two or three) and that was a long time ago so I thought I really have to read Sherlock Holmes again! (And there wasn't any other books with Poirot, just with Miss Marple, but I'm not really interested in her because of my love for Poirot. But I will also read about this old lady one day! For sure!)

Okay.

Weather today is bad. It was raining yesterday and it was raining today.
My Grandma bought me delicious strawberries and made pancakes for me for lunch! :D And she gave me some money. Ah, it's so good to have a grandma!
After a real long time I'm staying here for some nights (until Friday to be exactly) and now I know how much I missed it, to be her "favourite little darling"! :'D

I really love you, Grandma!
