Woo.
So far this has kind of been an underwhelming birthday.
Yeah, it could be worse. My brother's grad party is tomorrow so the entire house is being cleaned and organized for it, and my parents let me nap instead of roping me into the undertaking. Which is nice.
But so far, all I've really received are dozens of kind words on Twitter and Facebook, two very nice reviews for In The Blood (not counting my dear Hokuto's usual flailings), and a delightful experience at midnight where I made my own birthday cake with my friend and ate it while playing Persona 4.
We're supposed to celebrate it "for real" on Monday, but who knows what that'll mean.
I just hope I'll get to see X-Men tonight. Do something at least sort of special/something that I want.
There's a lot to look forward to next week, anyways. My annual bike trip with my dad on Friday and such.
