According to my father, who has read this book, it is useful in its entirety. However, I have just skimmed to page twenty two and I'm still waiting for content. Strangely, this man seems to have written a book on running aimed at people that probably don't want to run, and throws little comments in about how bad America is for no reason. [snort] "Making friends." Right. If you can carry on a conversation when you're running, you're not running fast enough.

Unless, of course, you're belting out jodies.

Pfffhaha funnily enough, the dude writing this book says that you should only run at a pace that you can carry on a conversation.

Guess someone ain't doing it write, and I guess it's him.

...wtf i want to run and belt out jodies but it's not fun on my own ._.
