Dinner: vegetable soup +50 with two rice cakes +34 and skinny cow +87
Snack: Yogurt +50cal with splenda +2cal

Recipe for soup
Melt one vegetable stock cube in around 3/4pint of water. Put on heat to simmer and boil one chopped carrot, one chopped stick of celery, and three chopped mushrooms. Steam kale and pak choi, and when carrots are soft fry water chestnuts and bamboo shoots and add all four (kale, pak choi, water chestnuts and bamboo) to the soup. If you're me, add about 1/3tsp of cayenne pepper, and other herbs like thyme or whatever.
