Wow so today sucked. I binged incredibly and therefore got no work done at all, not even the math homework i PROMISED myself i would do. :/ I spent all evening exercising, cleaning, bathing and watching the first half of Bright Young Things. I did get my room looking absolutely tip-top, though, which is quite uplifting and will be nice to work in tomorrow. And i fumigated it so the imaginary spiders are all dead now.

Foodplan

0700 - Breakfast: 1 slice wholemeal bread (150cal) with 1 tbsp low-sugar strawberry jam (25cal), 1 cup of tea (2cal) with lime (2cal), 1 slice grapefruit (32cal), 1 boiled egg (78cal). Breakfast total: 289cal

1100 - Snack: 1 tea (2cal) with 30ml half-fat milk(16cal) and splenda (4cal). Snack total: 22cal

1230 - Lunch: 1 box sushi (235cal), 1 green tea. Lunch total: 235cal

1540 - Snack: 1 matzo (81cal), 1 bottle diet coke. Snack total: 83cal

1700 - Dinner: 100g brown rice (111cal) with 1 carrot (16cal) and 1 serving quorn chicken-style pieces (90cal), and cayenne pepper. Dinner total: 217cal

TOTAL INTAKE: 846cal

90 flutter kicks: -15cal

50 sit-ups: -10cal

15 minutes jogging in place: -113cal

1730 - Get home. Turn on router and heating, cook dinner.

1830 - Flutter kicks and sit ups, jog and finish watching Bright Young Things

2000 - Homework

2030 - Make Japanese vocab lists

2130 - Shower, change

2200 - Work on story
