so...i found a new bassist that i've been jamming with for my new band (replacement for jordan, who moved back to cincinatti a about a month ago). i dont know if jeremy is a curse or a godsend though. he's fucking AMAZING at his instrument. he's absolutely, straight up a virtuoso player...problem is though....i think he's going to try to push us to be more of a prog-rock 'virtuoso' band....thats just not what i want to do. i like prog-rock...but i just dont want this band to be that kinda stuff. it seems like he just really wants a band that picks at about 100mph, but has no soul. in dont know about that
