CSM
Okay, so yesterday I go to work. I find out that CSM Starla's grandmother died and that she will be away for 3 days. This means that last night..there would be NO csm for that night. So guess who is volunteered as CSM?
mwah. I got to play CSM last night. It wasn't so bad, I suppose. Although it did suck. I mean..I've never officially been trained. Most of the stuff I know, I know from observation. The rest, I learned in the span of an hour the night before. What sucked was that I was CSMing by myself, for the first time, on a thursday PLUS two days before trick or treating begins. So it was busy. Just a little, yeah. Plus, Ameyla had agreed to come in last night, knowing that I would be the CSM. She wanted to see me at work (she's mah buddy) and wanted to help me out. However; Char, out manager, stuck her stocking the ENTIRE time. I didn't even know she was there until she visited me during her break.
I was also warned that char was watching my every move. Like a hawk to make sure the "job gets done". If she wasn't sure it would get done, why the hell make me a temp CSM? THEN, we were clearly behind, she takes away another Cashier to work HBA. That left me with one cashier to do ALL the returns. Needless to say, I had to page her and get Nora back around 6AM. It all sucked the entire night..but it's alright now since the night is overwith. However, I didn't get any complaints...so this may mean that I will Temp CSM whenever I'm needed, something of which I'm not sure I want to do. I guess I'll find out tonight if I did a good job or not. Ack.
