Merry Christmas
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays everyone!
Man it has been such a long time since I have made an entry; I don't remember LJ even remotely resembling this.
So I drifted off the planet for the last few months; the mountains of Mars are simply amazing! And if you think Crater Lake in Oregon is something, you should check out the moon. They even have curbside check-in and valet of your space shuttle!
Well, I have really begun my new life in Charlotte, not that I have left everything behind in New England, but my time there seems so distantly long ago. Perhaps this is why I feel so terrible for not keeping in contact with xrsblu and flagster (I remember how to highlight usernames!) the last several months. Things change so quickly, especially when you move far away. It's happened to me all too often, but I'm about settled finally.
I just bought my first house, so I'm excited. Closing is in January; it has been quite an ordeal. After work, my life was looking at condos and houses. To top it off, I have been out of town the last 32094720394 weekends. I was in Vegas for my Dad's 50th, in New York for Mike's B-day party, visiting family in NC and WV, and I'm going to DC next week. It has really been crazy... but I needed to find a place ASAP as my lease is running out on my apartment. I've gotten so spoiled by living above places like Dean and Deluca and being able to walk to about everything, including the movies! Oh well, I like my new house. I'll show it on here sometime.
Well my dad needs his computer, so I'll continue this sometime this week. Take care and Merry Christmas to you all.
