the story of the best organge couch ever purchased, and more importantly, pushed home
today i went to 2nd mile again. this time josh bought a way cool orange and very compfortable arm chair which we then pushed all the way back. As we rolled by Fairway and contemplating the necessity of josh bathing with soap, we stopped and i sat in the parking lot in the chair as he bought me oatmeal and himself soap. We set off again and he brought to our attension that we had never been so obviously college kids. pushing a bright orange couch down the street with oatmeal and soap. just as the second group of highschoolers honked and yelled out the window at us, professor mehaan stopped in her volvo stationwagon and brought us the rest of the way. grinnell is wonderful and i will definately miss a town where you can freely push furniture down the street.
