Had one of the longest days of my life yesterday. Or at least, that's how it felt.
Spent 8 hours working, then changed into a pair of too-tight jeans and a too-tight shirt and drove to Oshkosh to see my favorite band perform. Even though the show didn't start till quarter to midnight, it was well worth the wait.
I rocked so hard, my neck still hurts--which is kinda funny, since the lead singer said he wanted us to wake up today with our necks hurting from head-banging too much.
I needed that. Even if I was really tired when I got there and my arms aren't really strong enough to be pumping my fists in the air for an hour straight...
I really am a rocker at heart. There's another concert this fall that I'm going to attend. I'll have to get in better shape if I want to rock all day instead of just for an hour.
I have a lot of things I need to think about in the coming weeks. In a little more than a month, I'll be back to school. There's many things about myself that need to be dealt with if I want to make my high-flying dreams come true. And it's all gonna start here.
