Eva had to go to the doctors earlier this week for a weight check appointment and she finally shows up on the percentile list! She is at the third percentile. So she is still underweight but gaining.
She has started pretending to read. She sits on the floor with a board book, flips through the pages, and babbles. Also, she has eight teeth now.
I made James take me to the store so I could buy a polycarbonate free bottle for Eva. He says that I am silly but the bottles/sippy cups we were using were the exact ones they tested and found to leach toxins. While we were at the store we bought her first pair of shoes. I didn't get her a pair for the longest time because I really don't see the point in having shoes until she starts walking. Then I couldn't bring myself to buy anything over 5 dollars. I am not going to pay a lot for something she will rarely wear and grow out of quickly. But we found a pair of sandles on clearance for 1.60.
Eva and I will be flying to Louisville for a visit. But just for a few days. We will be home from 12/18-12/23.
