Aurora University is pretty rad so far. I just got comfortable here, i'm more social and 'active' now. I'm starting a straight edge organization at au too, so far i need to do all the paper work besides the constitution. I would like some REAL ideas for meetings, not jokes, edge jokes are too old, but i would like some ideas for shit to do cuz i'm the leader of this straight edge club. The main focus of this organization is to get a venue in aurora, or pretty darn close. I want to do shows, i've wanted to do shows for some time now, and i have a couple of families i want to do benefit shows for in mind. I would also like to know if the two or three people that go to shows that read this would come to aurora shows? there used to be shows here, i, personally think aurora is a solid location for IL shows. There's a total of about 14 people interested in this group, 4 or five of them are for sure, others are just interested and not so much in for sure, that shocked me that that many people were into straight edge at my school.
anyway, streets is talking, i've been riding street everyday. West high, freeman, and some other elementary school. Batavia park and atown park have been pretty rad to me too. i rode for like 4 or so hours on sunday, that was the first time i had done that in soo long, i was sore as ass.
i want to buy plane tickets,shoes, tattoos, pizzas for my friends, a frame, and a nikon.
My friend just told me he is straight edge now, i like that, and he's into some good hardcore and grind, so he'll be going to shows with me. s-wood families is still growing.
