um ok I though I should share this. But they are about to make it legal for telemarketers to call your cell phone. You can go to www.donotcall.gov and register your cell number to be on the do not call list until 2010. just keep the email conformation because if they do call I think you can threaten to sue hem becasue yo will have proof that you are on the do not call list.
