Some very yummy choices this week... I had a rough time. I finally decided to go with Nicholas Lea, because he doesn't get nearly enough attention.

For this week's theme I decided to utilize the fact that this time of the year doesn't mean snow to everyone, so let's acknowledge those of you in summer as well.
