Well, our mod did ASK for it... and my collection is ALL over the place.

( Star Wars old, new, Doctor Who, Comic Books, Farscape and the kitchen sink... I think? )

You don't happen to know the CSS coding to add a TAG search on your LJ do you? ::looking hopeful::

I'm not really sure what you mean by a Tag search. You can put a tag list on your LJ (but you can't search through them other than just looking through the list), although I think it is limited to S2 styles only. Other than that, it varies from style-to-style. Like I use Component, and I stuck an extra (scrollable) component box in and I get a hierarchal display. Other ones, just show a large chunk of text, with various tag links in it.

Are you using S1 still? According to the FAQ - It will only display tags on comment pages and tag pages if it is set to use the S1 style system.

Yeah, I have S1 and Generator. I've been asking around to people that have the search boxes and everyone seems to not know the programming for that box. But that's cool!

I've seen search boxes for the journal itself, but not the tags (and that can't be used on friends-locked journals).

Can you show me an example of it used for tags?

Shoot... nah. I had a friend awhile ago that had it, but I can't remember who it was. It's a little search box. It's a lot like the S2 seach one they have in component, that you can search in tags. On my LJ I figured out a search, but it doesn't search all that well and you can't type in the search. It's sort of frustrating.

I'm not the best at CSS code and I haunt the how to lj communities. I know it's available... but I think it's one of those tricky search box things. :/
