State of Love and Trust is one of my favourite Arizona/Alex episodes because we start to see Arizona invest her time in teaching Alex. She pushes him to be a better doctor. She makes him deal with difficult parents and she doesn't let him get away with being a douche. They make a great team and this episode really sets the scene on how their teacher/student relationship is going to work. Their final scene when she yells at him, then welcomes him to Peds, is one of my favourite scenes.
