I know what you mean I just wonder if Leah is that person. Leah herself IMO was really immature and almost obsessed with Arizona. Yes there were a couple nice moments and I think Leah obviously cared for Arizona but I also wondered if that would pass over time. Alex made the comment about her getting attached really easily.
What's so special about Arizona that would make Leah stick around? Could they be in an actual loving committed relationship? Could Arizona fall in love with someone that represents a time in her life where she really wasn't well?
I adore Arizona and want for her to have everything! She deserves so much but in particularly someone who will love her and accept her but I don't want her to settle for someone that is safe or just have sex with Leah for the sake of it. Like i said I'll give it a chance if that's it but that's a pretty big spoiler for Shonda to let slip if she is indeed for Arizona. I'd prefer this new woman who is going to guest star...I just want someone new who isn't' attached to Callie or their past but I'll give whoever it is a chance.
Shonda was very tight lipped about it...you think she'd be more careful if Arizona's love interest was Leah about letting it slip that she's returning. And didn't Leah get fired? She wasn't all that fantastic at her job right? I think Arizona needs someone intellectually who is also on her level I think that's really important..not just a...toy.
On top of that, Leah would never join the cast again (I would assume she is not welcome anymore as surgeon, or she must have improved her skills dramatically). So this would mean that she would pop up now and then to take AZ home, so don't think that AZ's love life will be deepened in decent storylines with someone like Leah. I really wish for some new doctor, a brunette and someone who stays around in the hospital so that we can have some decent storylines. Otherwise we will not get much out of it and AZ will be sticked to the background again. I also hoped on that guest start to be the new love interest but I guess Shonda doesn't grant it to us.
Agreed. Thats what i dont want someone that will pop up now and again to take az home and az is left in the background again.i want to be able see it on screen. I also think she needs someone thats not connected to callie or the past
