to the bbq....ueeer
so, i got a random IM from leign ann osbourne yesterday, asking me all these questions, and she's been rampantly IMing me ever since. she's quite the clothing fashionista, and she seems to want to re-do my entire wardrobe. i get the impression that she could be a lot of fun if and when i return the columbus, but it's just so odd, as we didn't have much interaction in high school. it's funny how you can have either friends who you never really forged a genuine bond. i don't know. regardless, it's fun and good.
the job search is still perplexing, and time and time enough, it looks as though i will be moving back to virginia for the time being. i anxious constnatly that i won't find something in portland for the time being as i work through my job applications. being in portland has been oddly refreshing, for being such a tiny, tiny city. there seems to be a great deal of life here, i just haven't found out the dates and times where that life is exactly. however, i will be in boston again this weekend, like last, and the last one before that. there is something oddly familiar there, i'm not quite sure what is there in somerville, but there is something. this time around, i ran into emily gardel, which was kinda odd, as i saw her with her current girlfriend. still, life is good in the gayborhood? i've been speaking with jmik lately, and she claims that boston is so ridiculously expensive, that she's moving out. it's a sad story, but she really seems to be into this girl that she's been dating, and considering taking her with her to pittsburgh. funny situation, for sure.
in other news, i'm slowly finding more jobs and internships open to me. however, i'm having a hard time still, so if anyone has an recommendations for me, please pass them on. i lost my train of thought, but i will post soon, hopefully, after a haircut, as my hair has gone from clean cut, to shag.
