Found attached to a small package of linen handkerchiefs, left lying on Daniel's desk.
Torn from a notebook, and handed over with a mutinous expression, after an article on the lengths that anthropologists will go to was printed out and left in a folder on Sam's desk.
Scribbled on a stray notepad in Daniel's lab, later torn out and proudly displayed on his fridge.
A series of post-it notes, left attached to files, coffee cups and sundry items in the labs, eventually collected and pinned to a notice board next to Sam's shelves.

A notecard found in the breast pocket of Daniel's suit, later amended by Sam.
Torn surreptitiously from papers in the briefing file and passed to Daniel during what was supposed to be a serious session before the arrival of the System Lords. He managed to keep a straight face, but when it was all over he vowed he'd get revenge somehow at a time when she'd least expect it.
