Blarg!!
Ugg I cant stand this feeling crappy thing!!! Ive had a headache for like 3 days! Today was even worse, all through practice I could feel the pounding in my head. The stupid met didnt help either, im just glad it didnt completly kill my tosses. I kept feeling horrible all practice, and i was all dizzy, and it hurts when I cough or laugh from the ab things, so oww! I took some meds and im feeling a bit better, so I hope it stays that way. Me and Matt are gonna go see Kushak friday, so i want to be all good. Then the regional is sat, so i have to be energized and healthy for that. So i guess the plan is sleep and motrin. yup thats it.
